OUR HISTORY Charles McCrossan started C. S. McCrossan in 1956. The equipment fleet consisted of two very used dump trucks, one steel drum roller and a tar kettle, which he used to enter the asphalt driveway business.
Over the years, driveways turned to roadways, and the business expanded from paving into diversified general construction. Along the way, C. S. McCrossan was credited with many innovations in asphalt technology and paving processes.
