The 36th Ave overpass project comes at a critical crossing with a nearby middle school and housing on one side, and local businesses on the other.
This unique overpass reconstruction brought with it exciting challenges of maintaining pedestrian access across the adjacent pedestrian bridge for students and consumers as well as constructing this project under a compressed schedule. Along with the new overpass, new sidewalks and trails were updated to new ADA standards.
