This project consisted of reconstructing 1,900 LF of the westbound stretch of Interstate 94 between Albertville and Monticello, better known as MnROAD Research Facility.

Work included removal of existing concrete and asphalt pavements, excavation, and placement of Class 5 and Aggregate Base 5Q. New concrete pavement was placed in (8) separate areas, each consisting of new innovative and experimental mix designs specially designed by researchers and suppliers to test performance of the design in a real-world environment.
