C. S. McCrossan and Ryan Companies are co-developing the 100-acre Minnesota Science and Technology Center in Maple Grove, Minnesota

Black Bear MN, LLC (a Ryan/C. S. McCrossan joint venture) is building out 40 acres of the park, along the I-694 corridor, with a 400,000 square foot custom office and research/development facility leased to Boston Scientific. C. S. McCrossan performed the mass grading on the 100 acres, and the excavation, site grading, watermain, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, aggregate pad base, and asphalt parking lot paving for the building.
C. S. McCrossan was also contracted by the City of Maple Grove to construct the municipal roads within the park and on an adjoining land parcel.
